One of Türkiye’s leading tourism industry gatherings, TTI İzmir – International Tourism Trade Fair and Congress, will bring tourism professionals together at Fuar İzmir from December 2 to 4, 2026.

Celebrating its 20th edition this year, TTI İzmir will welcome tourism professionals, travel agencies, tour operators, destination representatives, hospitality businesses and organizations from different areas of the tourism industry.

Held under the auspices of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism, hosted by İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, and organized by İZFAŞ and TÜRSAB, TTI İzmir continues to serve as an important meeting platform for Türkiye’s national and international tourism industry.

More than simply an event showcasing destinations and tourism products, the fair provides a comprehensive business platform where industry professionals can establish new connections, explore partnership opportunities and follow developments shaping the future of tourism.

B2B Meetings for International Cooperation

One of the highlights of TTI İzmir is the Hosted Buyer Program, which brings international tourism buyers together with exhibitors for scheduled B2B meetings.

These meetings provide tourism businesses with opportunities to enter new markets, establish international partnerships and connect directly with potential commercial partners.

The 2025 Hosted Buyer Program welcomed participants from numerous countries, including Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, China, India, the United Arab Emirates, Canada, Spain and South Africa.

New Trends and Technologies in Tourism

TTI İzmir 2026 is expected to address many of the key issues shaping the future of the tourism industry.

During the previous edition, 23 sessions were held as part of TTI Stage, covering subjects such as sustainable tourism, health tourism, local governments and the future of global tourism.

İzmir Strengthens Its Position in International Tourism

TTI İzmir also plays an important role in promoting its host city to international tourism professionals.

With its remarkable tourism diversity — from UNESCO World Heritage sites such as Ephesus and numerous ancient cities to the Aegean coastline, destinations including Çeşme and Urla, gastronomy, culture and urban tourism — İzmir offers visitors the opportunity to experience one of Türkiye’s most diverse destinations.

The international network surrounding TTI İzmir is expected to expand further in the coming years. İzmir is also preparing to host international tourism and travel-content events such as the Good Travel Summit and TBEX Türkiye in 2027, further increasing the city's visibility in the global tourism industry.

TTI İzmir 2025 in Numbers

Figures from the previous edition demonstrate the international scale of TTI İzmir.

In 2025, the event welcomed more than 382 exhibitors and over 12,500 visitors. The fair also hosted 139 international exhibitors, while visitors from 62 countries attended the event in İzmir.

These figures highlight TTI İzmir’s growing importance as a platform for international tourism connections and business development.
